The South Carolina area known as the "Upstate" is a hidden gem that is filled with natural beauty including mountains and large, very beautiful lakes (such as Lake Keowee). It is a great time to purchase a home or land here in Upstate South Carolina. Especially real estate in Walhalla, Seneca, West Union, Salem, And Westminster South Carolina. The cost of living is very reasonable as compared to other similar places in popular states such as Florida. It is our pleasure each day to meet people from all over the country who are considering purchasing a home or land here.

 We moved our family to the Upstate South Carolina area to Oconee County, in an effort to escape the rapid overgrowth, traffic, and busyness of the Chicago suburbs. After deciding to investigate potential areas for relocation, all it took was one trip and we knew that this would be our new home. We are avid lovers of the outdoors, and Upstate South Carolina has so much to do! The perfect four season climate, lakes such as Lake Keowee, Lake Hartwell, and Lake Jocassee, and the  blue ridge mountains of this "Golden Corner" of South Carolina took our collective breath away, and we moved to the area within six months of our first visit. Living here has only made us want to share this better life with everyone we know and meet.
